Most importantly, I can teach you how to perform routine maintenance on your IT infrastructure freeing you from costly visits for simple repairs. If there is an area of difficulty that requires a specific skill at a deeper level than I can offer, I can assist you in finding competent help. I speak the language of computer repair folks, and business folks and can translate so everyone understands the issues.
